Job Summary Trinova Technology PLC is seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Finance & Administration Officer to manage the company’s day-to-day financial and administrative operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, supporting compliance requirements, coordinating office administration activities, and providing administrative support to management. Key Responsibilities Finance & Accounting • Record daily financial transactions including sales, expenses, payments, and receipts. • Prepare payment vouchers, invoices, receipts, and journal entries. • Maintain accounts payable and accounts receivable records. • Manage petty cash and monitor company expenses. • Perform bank and cash reconciliations regularly. • Process payroll and staff payments. • Prepare monthly financial summaries and management reports. • Maintain proper filing and documentation of financial records. • Handle tax-related documentation including VAT, withholding tax, and compliance requirements. • Support internal and external audit requirements. • Ensure confidentiality, accuracy, and integrity of all financial information. Administration • Provide administrative support to management and office staff. • Maintain company files, records, and administrative documentation. • Coordinate office supplies, procurement requests, and vendor communications. • Prepare letters, reports, meeting minutes, and other business documents. • Manage correspondence, phone calls, and office communications. • Support staff onboarding, attendance tracking, and administrative processes. • Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements when required. • Assist in implementing office procedures and ensuring smooth daily operations. Requirements • BA Degree or Diploma in Accounting • 1–2 years of experience in accounting, finance, administration, or a similar role. • Strong understanding of basic accounting principles. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Word. • Knowledge of accounting software (Peachtree) is an advantage. • Strong organizational and record-keeping skills. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines. • High level of integrity, professionalism, and attention to detail. Preferred Skills • Experience working in a technology, trading, or service-oriented company. • Understanding of budgeting, cost tracking, and office administration. • Strong teamwork and multitasking abilities.
