The ideal candidate will have some experience in accounting and finance management and be ready to learn and grow with us. Responsibilities: • Record daily payments, receipts, and invoices • Post journal entries and reconcile bank accounts monthly • Process payroll and calculate income tax, pension and other deductions • Handle VAT (15%) and Withholding Tax calculations • File online Report into Ministry of Revenues (MoR) • Assist in preparing monthly Income and Balance Sheet reports • Organize documents for audits Requirements: • A Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field • 0–1 years of relevant accounting experience • Proficiency in standard accounting systems (e.g. Peachtree) and basic Excel skills. • A fundamental understanding of Ethiopian tax laws, including VAT, WHT, income tax, and pension fund contributions. • Attention to detail, strong problem-solving skills, and willing to learn
