Junior HR & People Officer  Employment Type: Full-Time/ Remote  About Tinova  Tinova is a branding, marketing, and growth agency helping startups and growing businesses build stronger brands and achieve measurable business growth through strategy, creative execution, websites, marketing, and business systems.  We partner with ambitious businesses to build brands, generate demand, improve customer experiences, and implement the systems needed to scale effectively.  Role Summary  The Junior HR & People Officer is responsible for supporting recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, people operations, and internal culture initiatives across Tinova.  This role helps ensure employees have a positive, structured, and productive experience throughout their journey with the company, from hiring and onboarding to development, engagement, and retention.  The ideal candidate is organized, people-oriented, proactive, and passionate about building a strong workplace culture while supporting the company’s growth.  Key Responsibilities  Human Resources & People Operations  • Support recruitment activities, including job postings, candidate screening, interview coordination, and hiring administration.  • Help build and maintain a workplace culture that is engaging, collaborative, and enjoyable.  • Coordinate onboarding and ensure new employees have the tools, access, and resources needed to succeed.  • Maintain employee records, HR documentation, leave tracking, and people-related databases.  • Support employee engagement, internal communication, and culture-building initiatives.  • Coordinate training, development activities, and employee performance review processes.  • Assist with HR policies, compliance requirements, and general people operations administration.  • Contribute to creating a positive employee experience and a productive workplace culture.  Requirements  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, Psychology, or a related field.  • 0-2 years of experience in HR, recruitment, administration, or people operations.  • Strong organizational and communication skills.  • Ability to manage confidential information with professionalism.  • Strong attention to detail and administrative accuracy.  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.  • Experience in startups, agencies, or service-based businesses is an advantage.  • Familiarity with HR systems and Microsoft Office 365 is preferred.  Skills & Competencies  • Recruitment Coordination  • Employee Onboarding  • HR Administration  • Employee Engagement  • Internal Communication  • Documentation & Record Management  • Organization & Planning  • Relationship Building  • Problem Solving  • Time Management
