We are looking for a Junior Marketing Officer to drive day-to-day marketing execution for DirAutomotive . What you'll do • Execute TikTok, social media, SMS, referral, and field marketing campaigns • Generate and follow up on customer/driver leads • Create and coordinate marketing content • Run growth experiments and track results • Monitor competitors and customer feedback • Track leads, conversions, orders, GMV, and CAC • Prepare daily and weekly marketing reports What we're looking for  • Strong execution and communication skills • Creative, analytical, and commercially minded • Comfortable working with numbers and KPIs • Proactive and willing to test new ideas • Social media/content experience is an advantage • 0–2 years of experience or strong demonstrated ability capability check  Who fit the  • Company culture  •  technical capabilities  Entry level  Net 14,000etb + incentives  Mid level  Net 17500 etb + incentives  Exceptional Applicant Net 22,000 etb + incentives
