Today the company produces a full range of paints for the construction, industrial and automotive sectors. It also produces wood and concrete lacquers as well as adhesives for the wood and leather industry. Position: Retail Sales Minimum Qualifications and Experience: • Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Marketing, Business Administration, Sales Management, or a related field. • 0–1 year of relevant work experience (internships or university fieldwork in sales or marketing is a plus). • Passion for sales and willingness to learn the FMCG and distribution industry. Required Competencies and Skills: • Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices. • Good communication and interpersonal skills. • Willingness to travel frequently within assigned regions. • Basic computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel). • Fluency in Amharic and working knowledge of English. • High motivation to grow into a sales career path.
