About the Role We’re looking for energetic Key Account Executors (KAE) to drive merchant onboarding, education, and transaction growth at the ground level. This is your chance to be part of a first-mover digital payments transformation in Ethiopia. Key Responsibilities • Onboard new payment merchants (target: 2 per day / 50 per month) across HORECA, Pharmacies, Boutiques, Salons, and more. • Deploy ETSWITCH interoperable QR codes in visible merchant locations. • Train merchants on open-loop payment collection and ensure smooth M-PESA QR transactions. • Build strong relationships with owners, managers, and staff. • Distribute POSM materials to boost brand visibility. • Submit timely, accurate daily reports. • Adhere to company policies (dress code, fraud prevention, etc.). Qualifications Education : BA in Marketing, Accounting, Finance, Management, or related fields. Experience : 0–2 years (FMCG sales preferred). Skills : Integrity, growth mindset, quick learner. Languages : Fluent in local & federal language; basic English. Other : Owns a smartphone; no prior BA/DSA or distributor staff experience. Willing to comply with all work procedures.
