Job description

This role requires a Bachelor's degree in Medical Laboratory Sciences (BMLS), Biomedical Sciences, or a related field. A Master's degree in Laboratory Management, Health Management, or Business Administration (MBA) is highly preferred. The successful candidate should have a minimum of eight to ten years of relevant experience in a clinical laboratory, including at least four years in a supervisory or managerial role. Proven ability to oversee laboratory operations, manage quality assurance systems, supervise laboratory personnel, ensure compliance with regulatory and accreditation standards, and support the delivery of accurate and timely diagnostic services is essential.
