Position 1: HR and Administration Officer Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in human resource management , Business Administration, Management, or a related field. Experience • Minimum of 2–4 years of relevant experience in HR and Administration. • Experience in hospitality, retail, real estate, or service industries is an advantage. Skills & Competencies • Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information. • Problem-solving and decision-making skills. • Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Position 2: Food & Beverage (F&B) Cost Controller Qualifications • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field. • Professional certifications in accounting, finance, or hospitality management are an advantage. Experience • Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in F&B cost control, inventory management, accounting, or hospitality finance. • Experience in hotels, restaurants, resorts, catering operations, or hospitality groups is highly preferred. • Experience with POS, inventory, and ERP systems is an advantage. Position 3: Training and Capacity Building Officer Qualifications • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Education, Organizational Development, Business Administration, Management, Psychology, or a related field. • Professional certifications in Learning & Development, Training Management, Coaching, or Human Resources are an advantage. Experience • Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in training, learning and development, capacity building, or human resource development. • Experience designing and facilitating training programs is preferred. • Experience in organizational development, employee development, or talent management is an advantage. Position 4: Administrative Assistant & Receptionist Qualifications • Diploma or bachelor’s degree in business administration , Management, Secretarial Science, Office Administration, or a related field. • Additional training in customer service, office administration, or communication is an advantage. Experience • 1–3 years of experience in reception, administration, customer service, or office support roles. • Experience working in a professional office environment is preferred. Position 5: Senior Purchaser Qualifications • Bachelor’s Degree in Procurement and Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Management, Accounting, or a related field. • Professional procurement certifications (CIPS, CPSM, CPP, or equivalent) are an advantage. Experience • Minimum of 4–5years of procurement or purchasing experience. • At least 2 years in a senior purchasing or procurement role. • Experience in supplier negotiation, contract management, and strategic sourcing. • Experience with ERP systems and procurement software is preferred. Position 6: Construction Supervisor Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering , Construction Management, Building Technology, or a related field. • 4-5 years of relevant construction experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role. • Professional certifications in construction or safety management are an advantage. Skills & Competencies Required • Strong leadership and people management skills. • Excellent project coordination and organizational abilities. • Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations. • Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and technical documents. • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills. • Proficiency in MS Office and construction management software. • Excellent communication and reporting skills. • Time management and ability to work under pressure. Position 7: Head of Human Resources (HR) Qualifications • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Management, Psychology, or a related field. • Master’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration (MBA), or a related field is an advantage. • Professional HR certifications are highly desirable. • Minimum of 8–12 years of progressive HR experience. • At least 3–5 years in a senior HR leadership role. • Experience managing multiple HR functions and leading HR teams. • Experience supporting organizational growth and change management initiatives. • Strategic thinking and business acumen. • Strong leadership and people management skills. • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. • Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices. • Organizational development and change management expertise. • Performance management and talent development capabilities. • Analytical and problem-solving skills. • Budgeting and financial management skills. • High level of integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism. Position 8: Finance Manager Qualifications • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field. • Master’s Degree (MBA, Finance, Accounting) is an advantage. • Professional certifications such as ACCA, CPA, CMA, CIMA, or equivalent are highly desirable. Experience • Minimum of 5–8 years of progressive finance and accounting experience. • At least 3 years in a managerial or supervisory role. • Experience in budgeting, financial reporting, taxation, and audit management. • Experience with ERP or accounting software is preferred.
