About Us: We are a leading Chinese manufacturer specializing in heavy-duty industrial stone processing machinery for 20 years (Automatic Polishing Machines, Bridge Cutters, Block Cutters). We are looking for a dynamic, energetic Local Sales Representative to support our factory's promotion and conduct field visits to our client base! Location: Addis Ababa, Ethiopia (Field-based) Compensation: Highly Competitive Base Salary ($120–$150 / approx. 19,000–24,000 ETB) + Attractive Sales Commission (paid based on a percentage of sales in US dollars or distributed at an equivalent rate.) + Full Travel & Communication Allowances. Key Responsibilities: Field Visits & Account Management: Conduct regular on-site visits to our existing customer base (stone factories, workshops, and industrial zones) to maintain strong relationships, explore new potentials, and drive repeat sales. Market Insight: Keep a close eye on local stone industry changes, pricing, and development trends. Bridge of Communication: Act as the primary on-the-ground coordinator between local clients and our factory management team in China. Requirements: Experience: Proven track record in B2B Industrial Sales, Field Sales, or Technical Sales (Experience in machinery, construction equipment, or the stone industry is highly preferred). Language: Fluent in English, Amharic, and Oromo with excellent business negotiation skills. Traits: Hardworking, self-motivated, and willing to travel frequently to customer sites.
