Job description

This role is for a Luxury Rooftop & Wellness Center Attendant who will maintain the cleanliness and presentation of gym equipment, yoga mats, cardio machines, rooftop cabana seating, and pool deck. The attendant must manage towel and amenity services, verify resident credentials at the entrance, enforce safety regulations, perform chemical and cleanliness audits, assist with event and audio‑visual support, and log defects for maintenance. The position requires a minimum of one year’s experience in a luxury gym or high‑end spa setting, current CPR/First Aid/AED certifications (or commitment to obtain within 30 days), physical stamina to work outdoors for eight hours and lift up to 23 kg, and polished interpersonal skills to interact with VIP residents. The job is located in Addis Ababa’s Bole Area and offers flexible working hours including evenings and weekends.
