We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Machine Manager to oversee and optimize our machinery operations at Addis Ababa , Ethiopia Key Responsibilities  Oversee the daily operations, maintenance, and performance of all machinery and equipment.  Develop and implement preventative maintenance schedules to minimize downtime.  Ensure all machinery meets safety and operational standards.  Manage and supervise a team of technicians and operators.  Coordinate with the production team to ensure efficient workflow and output.  Troubleshoot technical issues and coordinate repairs promptly.  Monitor spare parts inventory and manage procurement as needed. Qualifications & Requirements  Education : Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering,or a related field.  Experience : Minimum of 3–5 years of proven experience in machine management,maintenance, or a similar supervisory role in an industrial or manufacturing environment.  Technical Skills : Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, hydraulics, pneumatics, and electrical controls.  Leadership : Proven ability to lead, train, and motivate a team.  Problem-Solving: Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills.  Other : Only Male applicants will be considered for this position as per the job requirement.
