We are seeking an experienced, highly organized, compliance-minded manager to lead day-to-day operations and drive growth. Key Responsibilities Manage end-to-end recruitment operations (client intake → candidate sourcing → screening → documentation → deployment/placement coordination) - Oversee candidate processing workflow, including interviews, eligibility checks, and placement readiness - Build and maintain relationships with employer partners/clients and track open job orders - Ensure timely completion of required documents (CVs, application forms, visas/work authorization support, contract paperwork - Manage team operations (recruiters, coordinators, admin staff, systems operators ) including scheduling, training, and performance management - Handle candidate and employer escalations professionally and efficiently - Track such as submissions, shortlisting rate, placement rate, turnaround time, and document completion rate - Maintain quality control for candidate profiles and client job requirements - Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and ethical recruitment standards (including fee transparency where required) - Report performance and pipeline status to ownership on a weekly basis - Support business development: partnerships, referrals, and marketing efforts Qualifications 7+ years experience in recruitment, HR, staffing, workforce solutions, or overseas employment agency operations - Leadership/management experience - Strong understanding of international recruitment workflows and candidate documentation processes - Excellent communication skills with clients and candidates - Strong organization, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple job orders simultaneously - Proficiency with ELMIS, MUSANED, ENJAZ, MS Office/Google Workspace basic tools or willingness to learn - Ability to work independently and meet performance targets Fluency in Amharic + English and (Arabic is a plus)
