About DataPlus DataPlus is an AI-powered online survey and data intelligence platform that enables businesses, government institutions, NGOs, banks, universities, and researchers to collect high-quality data, analyze insights with AI, and make evidence-based decisions. Key Responsibilities • Develop and execute marketing and business development strategies. • Identify and acquire new clients across businesses, banks, NGOs, government institutions, consulting firms, and universities. • Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and client meetings. • Generate leads and convert prospects into long-term customers. • Build strategic partnerships and maintain strong client relationships. • Prepare proposals, quotations, and partnership agreements. • Represent DataPlus at conferences, exhibitions, and networking events. • Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging digital marketing campaigns and social media content. • Conduct market research and gather customer feedback. • Achieve monthly sales, partnership, and revenue targets. Requirements • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Management, or a related field. • 1–3 years of experience in Marketing, Sales, Business Development, or Account Management. • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities. • Self-motivated, disciplined, and target-driven. • Passion for technology, innovation, and startups. • Ability to work independently and under pressure. • Excellent command of Amharic and English. • Experience in SaaS, technology, or digital platforms is an added advantage.
