Job Vacancy: Marketing Executive Our client's operation is focused on producing high-quality agroproducts and providing technical farm management and nutritional expertise , combining international innovation with deep local knowledge to empower Ethiopian farmers and dealers. • Summary The Marketing Executive is a strategic position responsible for overseeing all brand, digital, and event-based activities. This role manages day-to-day marketing operations, coordinates dealer outreach, and ensures all communication reflects standards. You will be the primary link between the company's technical advancements and its market-facing presence. • Objective The goal of this position is to transform our international technical expertise into a powerful market message. You are tasked with bridging the gap between our factory's science and the farmer's field, ultimately turning our nationwide dealer network into a loyal, high-performing community that drives the company’s growth strategy. • Key Responsibilities Strategic Brand Management • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies that align with corporate growth objectives • Protect and enhance the company’s brand equity by positioning it as the premier provider of livestock solutions • Manage the marketing calendar and budget • Develop ideas for product development to support sales volume development and customer satisfaction Dealer Network & Relationship Marketing • Design and implement innovative engagement programs for a nationwide network • Create interactive feedback mechanisms to identify and solve market-specific challenges faced by agents Technical Content & Production • Oversee the creation of high-quality technical collateral • Manage the production of all branded materials , ensuring they meet international quality standards • Lead multimedia storytelling , including content and technical video production to educate the market Event & Project Leadership • End-to-end planning and execution of large-scale dealer conferences, factory tours, and international expert visits • Organize and support our participation in agricultural trade fairs, exhibitions, and farmer demonstration events • Coordinate cross-functionally with sales, production, and logistics departments to ensure seamless event delivery and professional hospitality Digital Presence • Oversee the company’s digital footprint , ensuring social media and web platforms provide consistent technical value to community Market Research & Reporting • Conduct regular market research to monitor and identify livestock market trends, competitor activities, and opportunities. • Collect, analyze, and report data on sales performance, customer satisfaction and market share. • Prepare monthly/quarterly marketing reports and provide insights into decision-making. 4. Requirements & Qualifications Education: Bachelor’s degree (Marketing, Business Administration, or Animal Science/Agriculture) preferred. Experience: Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in a marketing role, specifically within the agribusiness, FMCG, or B2B Manufacturing sectors. Industry Knowledge: Understanding of the livestock value chain is highly advantageous and a person who has some exposure to an international setting is preferable. Location & Travel: Based in Bishoftu and willing to travel to regional dealer locations and customers as required.
