Arhibu Solutions is looking for a motivated Marketing & Field Sales Specialist to help grow our AI-powered digital marketplace platform. Position • Employment: Part-time • Schedule: 3 days per week • Location: Addis Ababa • Work Style: Hybrid + Field Work Responsibilities • Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns. • Manage social media and online customer acquisition. • Identify and contact potential business providers. • Conduct door-to-door/field sales and business visits . • Demonstrate the platform and onboard businesses. • Build relationships with SMEs and service providers. • Generate leads and follow up until conversion. • Track marketing and sales performance and report results. • Identify new market and partnership opportunities. Requirements • Experience in digital marketing and field/door-to-door sales . • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. • Experience with social media marketing and digital advertising. • Ability to generate leads and convert prospects. • Self-motivated and target-oriented. • Comfortable working independently and conducting field visits. • Experience with startups, marketplaces, technology, or SME sales is an advantage.
