Job Description • Job Description We are looking for a qualified and dedicated Dental Marketing Manager who  is responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that promote the clinic’s dental services, strengthen brand reputation, attract new patients, and retain existing ones. The role focuses on digital marketing, patient communication, community outreach, service promotion, and overall clinic visibility. 2. Key Responsibilities A. Strategic Marketing & Planning Perform competitive analysis and market research to identify industry trends,  patient behavior, and best practices and apply them to our marketing initiatives B. Branding & Clinic Image Maintain a strong, professional, and trustworthy brand image for the clinic. Supervise high-quality photography and video content showcasing the clinic, dental procedures, before/after results (with patient consent), and staff profiles C. Digital Marketing Manage and optimize social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube). Develop content calendars for daily, weekly, or monthly posting. D. Patient Lead Management Create loyalty programs, referral campaigns, and reactivation messages for inactive patients. E. Content Creation Procedure explanations Patient testimonials (with consent) Success stories / before–after posts Staff introduction videos F. Community Outreach & Events Organize and promote dental awareness campaigns. Plan participation in local events, school dental checkups, CSR activities, and clinic open days. G. Reputation Management Monitor and manage Google Reviews, Facebook Reviews, and feedback from patients. Address complaints professionally and coordinate with the clinic manager for corrective actions. H. Reporting & Analysis Prepare weekly and monthly reports Offer insights and actions to improve clinic growth. 3. Qualifications & Required Skills Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, or related field. Proven track record in healthcare marketing, preferably in  dental marketing . ·       Extensive experience in engaging media ads agencies ·       Proven capacity in organizing teams for a successful campaign Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools. Excellent communication and visual content skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Strong interpersonal and patient communication abilities.
