About the Role: - we are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Marketing Officer to promote our furniture products, strengthen our brand presence, and drive sales growth. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing marketing strategies, managing promotional activities, and building strong relationships with customers. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement marketing plans and campaigns to increase brand awareness and sales. Conduct market research and analyze customer trends and competitor activities. Manage social media platforms, digital marketing campaigns, and online content. Coordinate promotional events, exhibitions, and product launches. Create marketing materials, including brochures, catalogs, and advertisements. Collaborate with the sales team to generate leads and support customer acquisition efforts. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns. Prepare marketing reports and recommendations for management. Qualifications & Requirements Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Management, or a related field. Minimum 5 (five) years of experience in marketing, preferably in the furniture, manufacturing, or retail industry. Strong knowledge of digital marketing and social media management. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Creative thinking with strong analytical abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and marketing tools.
