The Role As an Advertising Specialist, you will be responsible for bridging the gap between client requirements and our production capabilities. You will manage digital marketing campaigns, oversee branding projects from concept to installation, and ensure our clients receive the highest standard of service. Key Responsibilities Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and monitor digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and lead generation for both the company and our clients. Project Coordination: Liaise with clients to understand their branding needs, provide technical consultations, and oversee the production workflow for signage, print, and display projects. Client Relations: Maintain strong professional relationships with key accounts, ensuring timely communication and project delivery. Market Analysis: Keep up-to-date with industry trends in advertising technology and agricultural trading markets to identify new growth opportunities for the business. Required Qualifications Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. Experience: A minimum of 3 years of proven experience in the advertising, printing, or marketing industry. Technical Proficiency: Experience with social media marketing platforms and digital advertising tools. Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Amharic and English. Problem-Solving: Strong ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting strict deadlines for high-stakes corporate tenders.
