Hill Bottom Properties is looking for a creative, data-driven Marketing Supervisor to own our brand presence and lead generation strategy across all digital platforms. This is a high-visibility role responsible for building Hill Bottom Properties into the most recognised and most trusted real estate brand in Ethiopia. You will manage our presence on Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and LinkedIn; develop compelling content that attracts qualified buyers; execute construction site branding to the highest standards; plan and deliver promotional events; and identify and reach our target market with precision. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES • Own and manage Hill Bottom Properties' presence across all 5 platforms: Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and LinkedIn — active, professional, and on-brand at all times • Develop and execute the monthly Content Calendar — approved by the 25th of each preceding month • Manage and direct the Digital Marketer(s) and Graphic Designer on content creation, scheduling, paid advertising, and community management • Plan and execute paid social media advertising campaigns (Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads) — monitor cost per lead weekly and optimise continuously • Define and document the target market for each project (Block B, Block C, Kaza) and design campaigns tailored to each buyer segment • Develop and enforce the Hill Bottom Properties Brand Guidelines (MKTG-001) — the definitive standard for all visual and written communications • Develop construction site branding packages for each project and co-sign approval with the Project Director before any installation • Conduct monthly site branding inspections — ensuring every site meets the standard before client visits are arranged • Plan and execute minimum 2 promotional events per EFY with defined lead generation targets • Prepare the Annual Marketing Plan (MKTG-002) by 1 August each EFY — covering platform strategy, content themes, event calendar, and budget • Produce the Weekly Social Media Report (MKTG-W01) every Monday by 8am • Track all lead sources in Odoo CRM — shift budget toward highest-converting channels quarterly QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE• • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field • Minimum 4 years' digital marketing experience, with at least 2 years managing social media for a brand — real estate, construction, or property industry preferred • Proven experience managing paid social media advertising (Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads) — with demonstrable results in lead generation • Strong content strategy skills — ability to develop platform-specific content that drives engagement and qualified leads • Experience managing a creative team (digital marketers, graphic designers) • Proficiency with analytics tools — Meta Business Suite, TikTok Analytics, YouTube Studio, LinkedIn Analytics • Experience with Odoo CRM or equivalent for lead source tracking preferred • Excellent Amharic and English — written and spoken KEY COMPETENCIES ✓ Social media strategy & execution ✓ Paid digital advertising ✓ Content creation & calendar management ✓ Target market identification ✓ Brand guardianship ✓ Creative team leadership ✓ Analytics & performance optimisation ✓ Event planning & execution ✓ Site branding & visual standards ✓ Lead generation focus ✓ Project management ✓ Communication & reporting WHAT WE OFFER • Competitive base salary commensurate with experience • Quarterly performance bonus based on lead generation and brand KPIs • Creative freedom to build a premium real estate brand from the ground up • Direct input into Hill Bottom Properties' marketing strategy • Professional development and platform training investment • Dynamic, fast-growing real estate development environment
