Candidates should hold a Master’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Psychiatry, Social Work, Public Health, Counseling, or a related field from a recognized institution, have a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in Mental Health and Psychosocial Support (MHPSS) programming within humanitarian settings, and demonstrate strong technical, coordination, case management, training, and psychosocial support skills. Experience working with vulnerable populations and in emergency or humanitarian response contexts is highly desirable.
