About the Role Tolo Transport is seeking energetic, professional, and results-oriented Merchant Growth Agents to support its Merchant Reactivation and Growth Project. The role focuses on: • Reactivating inactive merchants • Acquiring new merchants • Building strong merchant relationships • Conducting follow-up activities • Increasing merchant activity and delivery volume This position combines customer relationship management, telemarketing, merchant onboarding, and business development. Key Responsibilities Merchant Reactivation • Contact inactive merchants through phone calls and messaging platforms. • Understand reasons for inactivity. • Present reactivation offers. • Follow up with merchants until activation is achieved. • Build trust and restore merchant confidence in Tolo services. New Merchant Acquisition Identify potential merchants from provided contact databases. Qualify business leads. Introduce Tolo Transport services. Register and onboard new merchants. Support merchants through their first delivery. Merchant Relationship Management • Maintain positive merchant relationships. • Handle basic concerns and complaints professionally. • Escalate operational issues when necessary. • Monitor merchant activity and engagement. CRM & Data Management • Update merchant information accurately. • Record all merchant interactions. • Maintain detailed follow-up notes. • Track merchant progress through the sales pipeline. • Ensure CRM data quality and completeness. Reporting • Submit daily activity reports. • Participate in weekly performance reviews. • Achieve assigned KPIs and targets. • Provide feedback on merchant challenges and opportunities. Minimum Qualifications Education Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in: • Business Administration • Marketing • Management • Economics • Accounting • Information Systems • Communications Or related fields Applicants with strong relevant experience may be considered regardless of educational background.
