Candidates must hold a bachelor’s degree in fields such as statistics, economics, public health or related disciplines and demonstrate at least five years of progressive MERL experience in similar consortium projects. The Coordinator will develop harmonised MERL tools, manage baseline to endline evaluations, produce donor and internal reports, strengthen accountability mechanisms, and embed gender equality, disability inclusion, youth participation, conflict sensitivity, and climate adaptation into all processes. Strong English fluency is mandatory; proficiency in Amharic or other local languages is desirable.
