Our company is looking for a well qualified Senior MERN Stack Instructor and Software Developer to join our team. The purpose of this position is to teach assigned courses in Full Stack Web and Mobile Application Development while also participating in the development of real-world software systems and applications. Responsibilities: * Having outstanding capability in MERN Stack web and mobile application development practically. * Teaching MERN Stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js) in a highly qualified manner. * Teaching modern frontend and full stack development using React.js and Next.js. * Teaching mobile application development using React Native. * Participating in the design and development of web and mobile applications. * Developing systems using Node.js, Next.js, TypeScript, and Python. * Designing and managing databases using MongoDB and PostgreSQL. * Instructs and guides the class in an efficient and effective manner. * Maintains accurate records of student work and attendance. * Prepares thoroughly for each instructional hour. * Maintains a safe and orderly learning environment. * Grades and returns student work promptly. * Counsels students regarding their grades and progress in the course. Minimum Qualifications: * BA/BSc Degree in Computer Science or related fields. * Strong practical experience in MERN Stack development. * Experience with Next.js and modern React development. * Experience in mobile application development using React Native. * Knowledge of MongoDB and PostgreSQL databases. * Teaching methodology certificate. (Optional) * Minimum Two (2) years of software development or teaching experience. Required Skills, Abilities: * Demonstrate skills, knowledge, and abilities required to instruct MERN Stack and full stack development courses. * Strong knowledge of backend development using Node.js. * Ability to teach and mentor students effectively. * Experience in developing real-world web and mobile applications. * Strong communication, instructional, and problem-solving skills.
