Position Overview We are seeking a full-time Meta Ads Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing paid advertising campaigns across Meta platforms (Facebook, Instagram) to boost student enrollment, brand awareness, and event visibility. Key Responsibilities • Develop and manage Meta Ads campaigns targeting prospective students and partners. • Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance to maximize ROI. • Collaborate with the content creation team to design compelling ad creatives. • Implement A/B testing strategies to refine audience targeting and messaging. • Stay updated on Meta Ads trends, policies, and best practices. Requirements • Proven experience as a Meta Ads Specialist or in digital marketing. • Strong knowledge of Meta Ads Manager, audience segmentation, and analytics. • Must own a personal laptop suitable for digital marketing tasks. • Ability to work at the office at least three times per week. • Residence must be near Addis Ababa Leghar Stadium (school proximity preferred). • Excellent communication skills in Amharic and English.
