Job description
The successful candidate should possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Statistics, Economics, Social Sciences, Development Studies, Public Health, or a closely related field. A Master’s Degree is considered an advantage. The candidate should have 3–4 years of relevant experience or demonstrated exposure to Monitoring, Evaluation, and Research (M&E) activities, including internships or academic research. Demonstrated ability to collect, manage, analyze, and interpret data, develop M&E tools and reports, track project indicators, support research activities, and contribute to evidence-based decision-making is essential.
