We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Network Administrator to join our IT team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing, configuring, maintaining, and troubleshooting network infrastructure to ensure optimal performance, security, and reliability Responsibilities • Install, configure, and maintain network infrastructure including routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless access points. • Monitor network performance and ensure high availability, reliability, and security of network services. • Troubleshoot and resolve network connectivity, hardware, and software issues in a timely manner. • Configure and manage LAN, WAN, VPN, and wireless networks. • Perform routine network maintenance, upgrades, and patch management. • Implement and maintain network security measures, including firewalls, access controls, and monitoring tools. • Provide technical support to users and collaborate with other IT teams to resolve infrastructure-related issues. • Maintain accurate network documentation, diagrams, and inventory records. • Participate in disaster recovery planning and business continuity initiatives. • Stay updated with emerging networking technologies and industry best practices. Responsibilites • Bachelor ' s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or a related field. • 1–3 years of experience in network administration, network engineering, or IT infrastructure support. • Strong understanding of networking concepts and protocols, including TCP/IP, DNS, • DHCP, VLANs, Routing, Switching, and VPNs. • Hands-on experience with networking equipment from vendors such as Cisco, MikroTik, HP, or Ubiquiti. • Familiarity with network monitoring, troubleshooting, and diagnostic tools. • Basic knowledge of network security principles and firewall management. • Experience with Windows Server and/or Linux systems is an advantage. • Relevant certifications such as CCNA, Network+, MTCNA, or HCIA are preferred. • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
