Experience: • 4/6 years of relevant work experience respectively. • Of which 3/4 years must be as Office Furniture Technician I, Wood Worker, or related positions. Key Responsibilities: • Maintain and repair office furniture. • Perform woodwork and furniture installation. • Ensure proper maintenance of office furnishings. • Support office renovation and furnishing activities. Position 2: Electro-Mechanical Technician II Location: Head Office Education: • BSc Degree, Diploma, or TVET Level IV in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electrical Electronics Technology, or related fields. Experience: • 2/4 years of relevant work experience respectively. • Of which 1/3 years must be as Electro-Mechanical Technician I. Key Responsibilities: • Maintain electrical and mechanical systems. • Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance. • Troubleshoot equipment failures. • Support facility operations and technical installations. Position 3: Banking Business Manager I Location: Newly Opened Goro Bole Branch, Adama District Education: • BA Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Management, Business Administration, Banking & Finance, or related fields. Experience: • 3 years of banking work experience. • Of which 2 years as BBO (CSO), Associate Branch Controller (Internal Control Officer I), or equivalent banking positions. Key Responsibilities: • Manage branch business operations. • Mobilize deposits and expand customer relationships. • Monitor branch performance. • Ensure compliance with banking policies and procedures. Position 4: Branch Manager I Location: Werko Branch, Adama District Education: • MA/BA Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Management, Business Administration, Banking & Finance, or related fields. Experience: • 5/7 years of banking work experience. • Of which 2 years as Business Manager, Operation Manager, Customer Service Manager, or equivalent positions. Key Responsibilities: • Lead branch operations and staff. • Drive business growth and profitability. • Ensure operational efficiency and compliance. • Manage customer service excellence. Position 5: Strategy Implementation and Follow-Up Supervisor Location: Mekelle District Office Education: • MA/BA Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Management, Business Administration, Banking & Finance, or related fields. Experience: • 5/7 years of banking work experience. • Of which 2 years as Senior Planning and Monitoring Officer or equivalent related positions.
