Position 3: Banking Business Manager I Location: Newly Opened Goro Bole Branch, Adama District Education: • BA Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Management, Business Administration, Banking & Finance, or related fields. Experience: • 3 years of banking work experience. • Of which 2 years as BBO (CSO), Associate Branch Controller (Internal Control Officer I), or equivalent banking positions. Key Responsibilities: • Manage branch business operations. • Mobilize deposits and expand customer relationships. • Monitor branch performance. • Ensure compliance with banking policies and procedures. Position 4: Branch Manager I Location: Werko Branch, Adama District Education: • MA/BA Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Management, Business Administration, Banking & Finance, or related fields. Experience: • 5/7 years of banking work experience. • Of which 2 years as Business Manager, Operation Manager, Customer Service Manager, or equivalent positions. Key Responsibilities: • Lead branch operations and staff. • Drive business growth and profitability. • Ensure operational efficiency and compliance. • Manage customer service excellence. Position 5: Strategy Implementation and Follow-Up Supervisor Location: Mekelle District Office Education: • MA/BA Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Management, Business Administration, Banking & Finance, or related fields.
