Position Overview We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our dental team. In this role, you will bridge the gap between traditional medical care and specialized dental treatments. You will be responsible for patient assessment, managing clinical safety protocols, assisting during complex oral surgeries, and providing exceptional pre- and post-operative patient care. Key Responsibilities Patient Assessment & Triage: Review patients' medical histories, take vital signs, and identify potential medical risks or contraindications before dental procedures. Surgical & Procedure Support: Assist dental surgeons during complex oral surgeries, root canals, and periodontal procedures; monitor patient vitals under local anesthesia or conscious sedation. Post-Operative Care: Provide clear, supportive recovery instructions to patients and caregivers regarding pain management, wound care, and medication compliance. Infection Control & Safety: Maintain strict sterilization and infection control protocols for clinical spaces, instruments, and equipment in compliance with healthcare standards. Emergency Readiness: Lead the clinic's emergency readiness protocols, managing the emergency medical cart and responding promptly to any adverse patient reactions.
