Sound knowledge of nursing theory, clinical practice, and patient care standards. Strong communication, instructional, and interpersonal skills. Previous teaching experience in higher education institutions or relevant clinical experience is an added advantage. Duties and Responsibilities The successful candidate will be expected to: Deliver theoretical and practical nursing courses in accordance with the approved curriculum. Prepare lesson plans, teaching materials, assignments, and examinations. Conduct and supervise clinical practice and skills training sessions. Assess and evaluate students' academic and clinical performance. Provide academic guidance and professional mentorship to students. Maintain accurate records of student attendance, grades, and clinical evaluations. Participate in curriculum development and other academic activities of the College. Ensure compliance with professional, ethical, and healthcare standards. Contribute to creating a positive and effective learning environment.
