The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring smooth workflow between office staff, clients, and external partners. The role involves a mix of in-office and field-based responsibilities, including supporting administrative work, handling document delivery and collection, and assisting the team with various operational tasks. Key Responsibilities: • Assist in daily office operations and administrative tasks • Deliver and collect documents, letters, and packages as required • Act as a messenger/runner for office-related errands within Addis Ababa • Support coordination between internal teams and external clients • Maintain basic office organization and filing systems when needed • Assist in scheduling and communication tasks as assigned • Ensure timely and accurate delivery of documents and items • Provide general support to ensure efficient workflow in the office Requirements: • Diploma in any related field • Good communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to move around Addis Ababa for field assignments • Strong sense of responsibility and reliability • Basic computer knowledge (MS Office is an advantage) • Ability to follow instructions and work independently or in a team • Previous experience in a similar role is an advantage Additional Information: This position requires someone who is punctual, trustworthy, and comfortable with both office-based and outdoor tasks.
