Key Responsibilities: Teach English (speaking, listening, reading, and writing) to students Deliver engaging and interactive online lessons Help students improve fluency and confidence Create or participate in video-based teaching content Adapt teaching style to different student levels (especially advanced learners) Must have a personal laptop or computer with stable internet connection Comfortable using online teaching tools such as Zoom and Google Meet Excellent spoken and written English (very fluent) Strong communication and interpersonal skills Confident on camera (able to record videos and teach online) Friendly, energetic, and professional attitude Ability to work with flexible schedules and different time zones Previous English teaching experience is an advantage
