Online YouTube Instructor (Part-Time) About Us Fluency Language and Professional Training Center is looking for an experienced and engaging instructor to teach our YouTube Content Creation program. This is a part-time position. The instructor will teach live online classes and record the course for our self-paced learning platform. Job Responsibilities • Deliver live online lectures to groups of 50+ students. • Teach 2 live online sessions per week . • Come to our training center 2 days per week to record lessons for our self-paced learning platform. • Teach YouTube content creation, including channel creation, content strategy, video production, editing, optimization, growth, and monetization. • Deliver lessons in a clear, structured, and engaging manner. Important Note The instructor is not responsible for answering student questions outside the live sessions. Our teaching assistants will: • Attend every live lecture. • Answer students' questions. • Follow up with students throughout the course. • Provide assignment support and feedback. The instructor's primary responsibility is to deliver high-quality live lessons and record course content. Requirements • Proven experience creating YouTube channels. • Strong understanding of video production, video editing, and YouTube best practices. • Excellent online teaching and presentation skills. • Ability to explain concepts clearly to beginners. • Reliable internet connection and a professional audio/video setup. • Ability to come to our training center 2 days per week for 8 weeks to record the self-paced course. • Previous online teaching experience is an advantage but not required. Compensation • Rate: ETB 1,000 per hour .
