Responsibilities • Manage customer and gig worker operations using CRM platforms and digital operational tools. • Register, schedule, and coordinate customers and gig workers throughout the service lifecycle. • Track service requests, assignments, and operational activities with accuracy. • Match gig workers to customer requests based on availability, location, and service requirements. • Verify customer payments and maintain accurate operational records. • Coordinate onboarding, orientation, and training for new gig workers. • Monitor attendance, service quality, and customer feedback to support service excellence. • Conduct follow-ups through phone calls, SMS, and workflow-driven communication processes. • Support issue resolution by coordinating across customers, gig workers, and internal teams. • Contribute to process improvements by leveraging automation-supported workflows and internal systems. • Gain exposure to startup operations, customer success, workforce management, and technology-enabled service delivery. Requirements • Female applicants only. • 1 - 1.5 years of experience in call center, operations, administrative, or customer-facing roles. • Strong written and verbal English communication skills. • Highly organized and detail-oriented. • Eager to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment. • Ability to follow processes, scripts, and operational guidelines. • Preferably a background in Communications, Psychology, Social Work, or related fields.
