Position Overview As our Operations & Client Success Coordinator, you will serve as the operational backbone of the company. Your primary responsibility is ensuring that prospective clients, partners, and candidates receive timely communication and an excellent experience throughout every interaction. This is an ideal role for someone who is highly organized, proactive, and enjoys solving problems before they become issues. Responsibilities Client Success • Maintain regular communication with prospective and existing clients. • Schedule product demonstrations and follow-up meetings. • Record customer feedback and feature requests. • Assist with customer onboarding activities. Project Coordination • Track project milestones and deliverables. • Follow up with team members regarding assigned tasks. • Maintain project documentation. • Help ensure internal deadlines are met. Administrative Support • Organize digital files and records. • Draft professional emails and correspondence. • Research vendors, healthcare organizations, and business opportunities. • Recommend process improvements that increase efficiency. Qualifications Required • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Strong organizational and time management abilities. • High attention to detail. • Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously. • Professional and customer-focused attitude. • Proficiency with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace. • Fluency in English, Amharic, and Afaan Oromoo Preferred • Experience in customer success, operations, project coordination, or administrative support. • Experience using CRM software. • Familiarity with project management tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, etc. • Experience working with healthcare organizations or health technology companies. • Startup experience is a plus. What Success Looks Like Within your first six months, you will: • Ensure no prospective client or candidate goes without timely follow-up. • Maintain organized records of customer interactions and hiring activities. • Help streamline internal operational processes. • Become a trusted point of contact for clients and team members.
