Our company is looking for a highly driven Operations Manager to lead and coordinate our sales, marketing, partnerships, and customer support functions. This role is ideal for someone who combines strong operational leadership with a solid understanding of business growth, customer experience, and technology-driven financial services. Key Responsibilities • Lead and manage the Marketing and Sales teams to achieve growth and revenue targets. • Develop and execute partnership strategies with banks, financial institutions, businesses, and other strategic stakeholders. • Oversee the Customer Support team to ensure excellent customer satisfaction and service quality. • Establish and monitor KPIs across sales, marketing, partnerships, and support functions. • Coordinate cross-functional initiatives to improve operational efficiency and business performance. • Work closely with executive leadership to develop and implement growth strategies. • Analyze business performance and prepare management reports and recommendations. • Drive process improvements and ensure operational excellence across departments. Qualifications • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, Management, Information Systems, or a related field. • 10+ years of experience in operations, business development, sales management, or related leadership roles. • Strong leadership and team management skills. • Excellent communication, negotiation, and partnership-building abilities. • Experience in the financial services industry is highly preferred. • Experience in both finance and software/technology companies is a significant advantage. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Ability to work in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
