Position Overview Quest Developers LLC is seeking experienced and professional Outbound Customer Service Representatives to support a U.S.-based financial services project. This role involves making outbound calls to customers, verifying information, providing account-related assistance, explaining products and services, and delivering exceptional customer experiences while meeting performance standards. Key Responsibilities • Make outbound calls to customers in a professional and courteous manner • Verify customer information and maintain accurate records • Assist customers with account-related inquiries and service requests • Educate customers on available products, services, and program benefits • Resolve customer concerns while maintaining compliance with company policies • Document all customer interactions accurately in the required systems • Meet quality assurance, attendance, and performance expectations • Maintain confidentiality of customer and financial information Mandatory Requirements • Minimum 1 year of outbound customer service, call center, banking, financial services, collections, or customer support experience • Experience supporting customers for a U.S.-based company is strongly preferred • Excellent spoken and written English communication skills • Strong active listening, customer service, and problem-solving abilities • Comfortable handling high call volumes and performance metrics • Ability to work independently in a remote environmen must own a laptop with SSD storage and reliable performance specifications until company equipment is provided.
