As an Outdoor Sales Representative, you will visit cafés, restaurants, hotels, and other hospitality businesses across Addis Ababa to introduce and present Abay QR's digital solutions, generate leads, and convert prospects into customers. Responsibilities Visit cafés, restaurants, hotels, and other businesses daily. Present and demonstrate Abay QR products and services. Identify potential customers and generate new business opportunities. Build strong relationships with business owners and managers. Meet assigned sales targets. Report daily sales activities and customer feedback. Requirements Female applicants only ( 2 positions available ). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Confident in approaching and speaking with business owners. Sales or marketing experience is an advantage Self-motivated and target-driven. Ability to work independently. Salary & Benefits Salary: 7,000 ETB per month Transport Allowance Attractive Commission Performance-based working hours according to assigned targets.
