Paid Ads Specialist  Department: Marketing  Employment Type: Full-Time/Remote  About Tinova  Tinova is a branding, marketing, and growth agency helping startups and growing businesses build stronger brands and achieve measurable business growth through strategy, creative execution, websites, marketing, and business systems.  We partner with ambitious businesses to build brands, generate demand, improve customer experiences, and implement the systems needed to scale effectively.  Role Summary  The Paid Ads Specialist is responsible for planning, launching, managing, and optimizing paid advertising campaigns for Tinova and its clients.  This role focuses on generating qualified leads, increasing conversions, improving campaign performance, and maximizing return on ad spend across multiple advertising platforms.  The ideal candidate is analytical, performance-driven, and experienced in managing paid media campaigns that deliver measurable business results.  Key Responsibilities  Paid Advertising & Social Media Management  • Plan, launch, and manage paid advertising campaigns across Meta, Google, LinkedIn, TikTok, and other relevant platforms.  • Conduct audience research and define targeting, budgets, and campaign structures.  • Monitor and optimize campaign performance to improve leads, conversions, and return on ad spend.  • Conduct A/B testing and implement data-driven improvements to campaigns and creatives.  • Schedule and publish organic content across social media platforms for Tinova and its clients.  • Manage and maintain social media pages, ensuring consistency in branding and messaging.  • Track key performance metrics including CTR, CPC, CPL, CPA, ROAS, engagement, and conversions.  • Prepare performance reports and provide recommendations for optimization and growth.  • Collaborate with designers, copywriters, and content creators to develop effective advertising and social media content.  • Support landing page and funnel optimization initiatives to improve campaign performance.  Requirements  • 3+ years of experience managing paid advertising campaigns.  • Proven experience with Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.  • Experience with LinkedIn Ads, TikTok Ads, or other paid media platforms is an advantage.  • Strong understanding of conversion tracking, analytics, and attribution.  • Experience managing lead generation and conversion-focused campaigns.  • Ability to analyze data and make performance-driven decisions.  • Agency or digital marketing experience preferred.  Skills & Competencies  • Paid Media Strategy  • Meta Ads  • Google Ads  • Campaign Optimization  • Conversion Tracking  • Performance Analytics  • Budget Management  • Audience Targeting  • A/B Testing  • Data Analysis
