Job Description Part-Time Pharmacist Company: MILO Pharmacy Location: Addis Ababa (Summit & Ayat Branches) About the Role MILO Pharmacy is looking for a professional, customer-focused, and licensed Part-Time Pharmacist to join our growing team. The successful candidate will provide safe pharmaceutical services, ensure regulatory compliance, and deliver exceptional customer care. Key Responsibilities • Dispense prescription and over-the-counter medications accurately. • Review prescriptions for appropriateness and potential drug interactions. • Counsel patients on medication use, dosage, side effects, and storage. • Maintain accurate inventory records and monitor stock levels. • Check medicine expiry dates and ensure proper storage conditions. • Maintain pharmacy documentation according to EFDA standards. • Support stock counting, receiving, and inventory reconciliation. • Operate pharmacy software and maintain accurate sales records. • Deliver excellent customer service and maintain patient confidentiality. • Work collaboratively with healthcare professionals and other pharmacy staff. Qualifications • Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy (B.Pharm) or PharmD. • Valid professional license to practice in Ethiopia. • Minimum of 2 years of pharmacy experience preferred. • Experience in retail pharmacy is an advantage. • Good communication and interpersonal skills. • Computer literacy and experience with pharmacy software. • Honest, responsible, and customer-oriented.
