Position: Pharmaceutical Warehouse Storekeeper Location: Kera Employment Type: Full-time Job Summary We are seeking a reliable, organized, and detail-oriented Pharmaceutical Warehouse Storekeeper to oversee the daily operations of our pharmaceutical warehouse. The successful candidate will be responsible for receiving, storing, managing, and issuing pharmaceutical products while ensuring inventory accuracy, compliance with company procedures, and proper storage conditions. Key Responsibilities Receive, inspect, and record incoming pharmaceutical products and supplies. Ensure proper storage of medicines and medical products according to regulatory and manufacturer requirements. Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular stock counts. Monitor stock levels and report shortages, expiries, and damaged products. Prepare and issue products based on approved requests and sales orders. Coordinate with the sales team to ensure timely order fulfillment and customer satisfaction. Maintain warehouse cleanliness, organization, and safety standards. Ensure compliance with pharmaceutical storage regulations and company policies. Prepare inventory and warehouse reports as required. Assist with stock reconciliation and periodic audits. Qualifications Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Pharmaceutical Technology, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field. Previous experience in a pharmaceutical warehouse, medical supply store, or similar environment is preferred. Knowledge of pharmaceutical inventory management and warehouse operations. Familiarity with stock management systems and Microsoft Office applications. Understanding of pharmaceutical storage requirements and inventory control practices.
