Duties and Responsibilities • Transport laboratory equipment, teaching materials, office supplies, and furniture within the institution. • Deliver official documents, examination materials, and correspondence between departments. • Assist in loading and unloading supplies and equipment. • Support the setup and arrangement of classrooms, laboratories, meeting rooms, and examination halls. • Maintain cleanliness and organization of assigned areas. • Report damaged equipment, safety hazards, or maintenance issues. • Assist during institutional events, workshops, trainings, and examinations. • Ensure proper handling of fragile and sensitive equipment. • Follow occupational health and safety procedures. • Perform other duties assigned by the supervisor. Education • Completion of Grade 10 or equivalent (or as required by institutional policy). Experience • Previous experience in a similar position is an advantage.
