Job Responsibilities: Tender Document Preparation and Coordination: Responsible for preparing and producing tender documents for ICT projects (data centers, new energy, power networks, etc.). Responsible for collecting, organizing, formatting, printing, binding, and sealing the commercial and technical sections of the tender documents. Strictly control the bidding process, following up on bid opening, clarification, and subsequent contract signing. Pre-sales Technical Support: Assist the pre-sales manager in conducting customer needs research, solution design, technical communication, and product solution explanation. Assist in preparing project technical solutions, PPT presentation materials, and project budget lists (BOQ). Ecosystem and Vendor Liaison: Responsible for liaising with mainstream ICT vendors such as Huawei and ZTE, as well as new energy/power equipment manufacturers. Timely acquisition and follow-up of the latest product information, Marketing Authorization Forms (MAF), and product technical configuration sheets. Job Requirements:   Education and Qualifications: Full-time Bachelor's degree or above; graduation certificate and Bachelor's degree certificate must be provided upon joining the company. Professional Skills (Preference will be given to candidates with 1-2 of the following technical backgrounds):  Network and Data Center: Familiar with data communication networks (routing, switching, wireless, security); understanding of data center infrastructure (UPS, precision air conditioning, power distribution). Power and New Energy: Understanding of power system fundamentals, monitoring of new energy power generation (photovoltaic/wind power), energy storage systems, or energy Internet of Things (IoT) solutions Major Background: Computer Science, Communication Engineering, Network Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Automation, New Energy, or related majors.
