LeuNet ICT Solutions seeks a competent, technically strong, and customer‑focused Presales Infrastructure Solutions Engineer to join our Technical Sales & Solutions Department. The ideal candidate will support enterprise clients with professional solution design, technical documentation, and pre-sales engagement across ICT infrastructure domains. Key Responsibilities • Engage with clients to understand technical requirements and propose suitable ICT infrastructure solutions. • Prepare solution designs, BOQs, technical proposals, and compliance documents. • Support sales teams with technical presentations, demonstrations, and solution clarification. • Work closely with OEMs and distributors to ensure accurate and competitive solution alignment. • Participate in RFP/RFQ responses and ensure timely, high‑quality submissions. • Provide technical guidance during solution validation and project handover. • Maintain strong knowledge of servers, storage, virtualization, networking, and data center technologies. Required Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in computer engineering, Information Technology, or related field. • Minimum 3 years of experience in ICT infrastructure engineering, presales, or solution design. • Strong understanding of servers, storage, virtualization platforms, networking, and data center systems. • Experience preparing technical proposals and solution documentation. • Excellent communication, presentation, and customer‑facing skills. • Ability to manage multiple presales engagements and work under pressure. Preferred Skills • Experience with enterprise vendors (Dell, HPE, Huawei, Cisco, VMware, etc.). • Knowledge of data centre standards and infrastructure best practices. • Strong analytical and solution‑architecture capabilities.
