We're looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Product Manager to join our growing team. You'll work closely with stakeholders, designers, and developers to transform business ideas into well-defined products and ensure successful project delivery. Key Responsibilities • Gather and analyze business and user requirements. • Define product vision, features, and priorities. • Prepare comprehensive Product Requirement Documents (PRDs) . • Create and maintain user stories, epics, and product backlogs. • Write clear acceptance criteria for each feature and user story. • Collaborate with the UI/UX team to design product flows, wireframes, and user experiences. • Review and validate UI/UX designs to ensure they align with product requirements. • Manage projects using Jira , ClickUp, Trello, or similar project management tools. • Plan, prioritize, and track development tasks using Agile/Scrum methodologies. • Coordinate with developers, QA engineers, designers, and stakeholders throughout the product lifecycle. • Monitor project progress, identify blockers, and ensure timely delivery. • Participate in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives. • Assist in product testing and ensure delivered features meet the defined acceptance criteria. • Prepare release documentation and product updates. Requirements • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field. • Basic understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC). • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies. • Experience using Jira or other project management tools. • Ability to write clear PRDs, user stories, and acceptance criteria. • Understanding of UI/UX principles and experience collaborating on product designs. • Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills. • Ability to manage multiple tasks and work effectively with cross-functional teams. Preferred Qualifications • Experience with Figma or other UI/UX design tools. • Knowledge of API-based applications and web/mobile products. • Understanding of software testing and QA processes. • Scrum certification or Product Management training is a plus.
