About the Role: - we are seeking an experienced and results-driven Production Manager to oversee and manage all production activities in our furniture manufacturing facility. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring efficient production processes, maintaining quality standards, meeting production targets, and leading the production team to achieve operational excellence. Key Responsibilities Plan, organize, and supervise daily furniture production operations. Develop and implement production schedules to meet customer and business requirements. Monitor production efficiency, quality standards, and delivery timelines. Manage and supervise production staff, including carpenters, machine operators, and assemblers. Ensure optimal utilization of materials, machinery, and labor resources. Implement quality control procedures and continuous improvement initiatives. Monitor inventory levels of raw materials and coordinate with procurement and warehouse teams. Ensure compliance with workplace health and safety regulations. Prepare production reports and provide recommendations to management. Qualifications & Requirements Bachelor's degree or in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, Wood Technology, Production Management, or a related field. Minimum 10 (ten) years of experience in production management, preferably in furniture manufacturing. Strong knowledge of furniture production processes, woodworking machinery, and quality standards. Proven leadership and team management skills. Excellent planning, organizational, and problem-solving abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and production management systems.
