Master's or Bachelor's Degree in Management, International Development, Social Science, related field with relevant experience and a10 years of experience in senior leadership roles and at least five years’ work experience managing community-based projects in developing countries - At least 6 years in senior management and leadership positions in humanitarian and development programs.
