Roles and Responsibilities Project Planning and Coordination • Coordinate project activities among clients, consultants, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution. • Monitor project schedules, milestones, and deliverables to ensure timely completion. • Assist in developing and implementing project plans, work programs, and resource allocation strategies. Project Monitoring and Control • Track project progress and identify potential risks, delays, or issues affecting project delivery. • Coordinate corrective actions and follow up on project performance against approved schedules and budgets. • Ensure compliance with project specifications, quality standards, and contractual requirements. Stakeholder Management • Serve as the primary liaison between project teams, consultants, contractors, and clients. • Facilitate effective communication and coordination among all project participants. • Organize and participate in project meetings, preparing agendas, minutes, and action plans. Technical and Engineering Support • Review engineering reports, drawings, technical submissions, and contractor documentation. • Assist in resolving technical and construction-related issues in coordination with the engineering and design teams. • Ensure that engineering solutions comply with project objectives and applicable standards. Contract Administration • Support contract management activities, including monitoring contractor performance and compliance. • Assist in reviewing variation orders, claims, progress payments, and contractual correspondence. • Ensure proper documentation and record keeping throughout the project lifecycle. Quality Assurance and HSE Compliance • Monitor implementation of quality assurance and quality control procedures. • Ensure compliance with Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) regulations and project requirements. • Participate in inspections, audits, and quality reviews. Reporting and Documentation • Prepare weekly and monthly project progress reports for management and clients. • Maintain project records, correspondence, meeting minutes, and technical documentation. • Provide management with regular updates on project status, risks, and key performance indicators.
