The successful candidate should possess an MSc or BSc Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field, with 10–15 years of relevant professional experience in the construction of high-rise buildings. Demonstrated ability to lead and manage complex high-rise construction projects, oversee structural and civil engineering works, coordinate contractors and site teams, monitor project progress, ensure compliance with technical specifications and safety standards, manage construction schedules and resources, and deliver projects within quality, cost, and time requirements is essential.
