Role Overview The Project Manager is responsible for delivering projects from client approval to final installation. This role coordinates clients, designers, production teams, suppliers, and installation crews to ensure every project is completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standard. You will oversee the entire production process, including printing, CNC cutting, fabrication, branding production, logistics, and on-site setup. Success in this role is measured by execution, finishing quality, client satisfaction, and deadline adherence. Key Responsibilities Client Coordination • Act as the main point of contact for assigned clients. • Gather project requirements and convert them into clear internal briefs. • Manage client communication throughout the project lifecycle. • Handle revisions, approvals, and project updates. Project Planning & Execution • Create project timelines and ensure all departments meet deadlines. • Coordinate design, production, procurement, and installation activities. • Identify potential delays and resolve issues before they affect delivery. • Manage multiple projects simultaneously. Production Oversight • Work closely with printing, CNC, fabrication, and workshop teams. • Verify dimensions, materials, and production specifications before manufacturing. • Conduct quality checks throughout production. • Ensure all outputs meet company standards before delivery. Logistics & Installation • Coordinate transportation of project materials and equipment. • Organize installation teams and site schedules. • Supervise on-site setup when required. • Ensure projects are completed according to approved plans. Budget & Resource Management • Track project expenses and material usage. • Coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors. • Ensure purchased materials and outsourced services meet project requirements. • Monitor project profitability and cost control. Requirements • Minimum 3 years of project management experience. • Experience in advertising, branding, event production, manufacturing, construction, interior design, or related industries is preferred. • Strong organizational and planning skills. • Ability to read measurements, production specifications, and technical drawings. • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities. • Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment. • Excellent communication skills in Amharic and English. • Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management tools.
