Job Summary: We are looking for a results-oriented Project Manager with a strong background in the mining industry to oversee and drive key projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the planning, execution, and finalization of projects according to strict deadlines and within budget. This includes acquiring resources and coordinating the efforts of team members and third-party contractors or consultants to deliver projects according to plan. Key Responsibilities:  Define project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.  Develop full-scale project plans and associated communication documents.  Effectively communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion.  Estimate the resources and participants needed to achieve project goals.  Set and continually manage project expectations with team members and other stakeholders.  Identify and manage project dependencies and critical path.  Plan and schedule project timelines and milestones using appropriate tools.  Track project milestones and deliverables. Qualifications and Requirements:  Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field. A Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is an advantage.  Experience: Minimum of 3 (three) years of proven work experience in project management within the mining sector.
